Sanjay Gaikwad is the founding partner and Managing Director of the Valuable Group of Companies. Under his leadership, the Valuable Group of Companies has quickly grown from one company to a thriving multinational corporation.

Over the last 15 years, Sanjay has been involved in various media, technology and gaming initiatives. As the Chief Technology Officer for Zee Networks, a muli-billion dollar media conglomerate, he spearheaded the networks modernization and digitization efforts and subsequently launched the network internationally. After having achieved the modernization efforts, he went on to conceptualizing and deploying the largest on-line lottery network in India.

Sanjay has earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai and Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai University

Ameya is Director at Valuable Group and is responsible for global operations and business development for the Valuable Group. His dynamic, innovative and aggressive approach to new business development has allowed the group to organize and consolidate business initiatives into the 3 verticals. Complementing Sanjay, Ameya is responsible for defining the strategic direction and driving each Valuable Group business.

With over 12 years of global experience in technology and business development, Ameya has been responsible for establishing Valuable Group’s presence across various international markets.

Ameya has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Nagpur University. Having published numerous white papers, Ameya is also the winner of a national award for engineering design.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Tushar is a Founder- Director and Chief Executive Officer in Glance Finance Ltd. Glance Finance Ltd. is a listed Public Limited company engaged in offering financial services to the Indian corporate sector in the form of funds syndication, corporate advisory services on business / corporate financial management. In addition, he is also involved in running other business like Stainless Steel Exports, Jewelry Exports, Real Estate, etc.

Tushar has 18 years of post qualification experience in Finance, Investment, International Trade, Steel, Chemicals, etc. His group has a total turnover of Rs. 300 crores annually in Steel, Jewelry and International Trade through various group companies.

Niranjan is Director and co-founder of Dusane Infotech. Niranjan is responsible for ideation of products and solutions and working closely with industry consultants towards developing technology IP for Dusane, adding tremendous value to the company Niranjan brings with him 16 years of IT industry experience.

Before forming Dusane, Niranjan was Director - Technology at Webware Technologies. Prior to this, he was with Mukund Steels and Bentley Nevada. Niranjan’s core technical strengths are in the areas of solutions architecting, software product development and large scale project management. Niranjan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Shivaji University.

Sajan is Director and co-founder of Dusane Infotech. Sajan is responsible for promoting Dusane’s products and services to its customers and for forming strategic alliances with partners and other technology operations companies. Sajan heads the pre-sales, account servicing, and project planning team. Sajan bring with him 12 years of IT industry experience.

Before forming Dusane, Sajan was Director - Operations at Webware Technologies. Sajan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from Mumbai University.

Dr. Prakash heads the IP & Solutions incubation group at Dusane. Dr. Prakash is an expert in handling software patents and copyright management. Dr. Prakash is responsible for defining the solutions charter and specifications. Dr. Prakash brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant to leading IT organizations as well as engineering companies.

Dr. Prakash has helped multiple startups bootstrap their operations and has been instrumental in their successes. Dr. Prakash has also worked as a faculty for postgraduate and undergraduates courses. Dr. Prakash holds a Master’s and a Doctoral Degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Hitendra heads the technology team at Dusane Infotech. Hitendra is responsible for delivery, architecture review, project management and QA. Hitendra has over 15 years IT industry experience in various capacities including IT infrastructure management, software development, solutions architecting and project management.

Hitendra is a hands-on professional in software development and his versatility is Dusane’s asset. Hitendra is equally competent in software and systems. Hitendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technologies from Mumbai University.
