EJB Developers
Experience Required : 5-6 years
Job Description 
Strong in EJB 3.0(Session, Message, Entity Beans).
Should be conversant with Application servers preferably Jboss. Have good knowledge
of deployment, configuration, tuning of app server.
Good Knowledge in J2EE architecture.
Working knowledge of Design Patterns.
Experience with JSP, Struts, JSF is a plus.
Proficient in IDE usage like Eclipse, NetBeans.
Working knowledge of SQL. Experience with one or more databases like Oracle, Sybase,
SQl Server etc.
Experience in EJB/Hibernate /Java (Backend).

Job Description
Excellent Java skills on programming with J2SE 1.5.
Excellent understanding of J2EE standards and concepts.
Good knowledge of Servlets, and JSP.
Good understanding of remoting concepts like RMI, IIOP.
Good understanding of any one of the application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic,

Job Description
Excellent experience in providing technical leadership for projects based on J2EE
technologies - Spring, Hibernate, EJB, JSF .
Ability to lead a team with atleast 5 developers .
Work closely with Project Manager/Lead to manage project requirements and deliverables.
Work closely with architects to understand technical design, effectively implement
it and resolve any techncial issues.
Be able to do hands-on as and when required.
Review code and ensure the quality of the code.
Set guidelines and standards for coding.
Must be well-versed in Spring, Hibernate, EJB, JSF, Ajax.
Experience working with one or more of the following build tools - Ant, Maven, Hudson,
Cruise Control.
Excellent database and SQL skills with knowledge of query optimization.

Job Description
Excellent Java and J2EE skills in Hibernate, Spring - Hibernate mapping, HQL, query

Any experience working with Flex will be an added advantage.
Experience working with JNI and calling COM objects from will be an added advantage.
